The Visit Britain Quality Assured Four Star Rating + Silver Award reflects the high standards which we strive constantly to achieve, and of which we are very proud. George, your chef, holds a hygiene food preparation certificate and Karen has first aid training.


ROOMS - We completed a full renovation/refurbishment of our bedrooms in December 2022.
We can now offer 2 doubles, with king size beds, one double has a dressing room/child's bedroom and Jack'n Jill en-suite.  Plus a ground floor twin room.   All our rooms have en-suites with wc, handbasin and large rain shower facilities, central heating, freeview or smart TV, and hospitality tray.
A desk and FREE Superfast Fibre optic broadband is also provided for your convenience - you can work the night away or just relax and surf the net on your laptop - or simply watch TV at your leisure.

HOSPITALITY TRAY
breakfastMany of our guests are not always able to take coffee or tea on arrival due to personal circumstances or busy schedules so for your convenience we offer a prepared tray with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits etc.


Breakfast is served daily from 8.00 a.m to 9.00 a.m. in our pretty Breakfast Garden Room

Offering a good hearty Yorkshire breakfast with locally farm reared produce.  Alternatively,  light Continental or Vegetarian options are available.  

Fresh fruit salad, croissants, toast, preserves, Juices, coffee, tea, cereals are all included (Click the preserves tray to view our Breakfast Menu)
